Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MegaComp (the "Service") is a Northern Ireland–based online prize draw platform operated by the site owner. By creating an account or entering a prize draw you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be legally able to enter a prize draw in your jurisdiction.
• Entries from anyone under 18 are void and prizes will not be paid.

3. Entries and payments

Paid entries are purchased in bundles as displayed on each prize draw page. Each draw has a maximum per-user spend cap. Once tickets are allocated they are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

3a. Free entry route

Every paid prize draw offers a no-purchase-necessary free entry route drawn at the same odds as paid entries. To claim a free entry you must:

• Have a confirmed email address on your account; and
• Verify one UK mobile number, one time, via a 6-digit SMS code sent through our SMS provider (Twilio). The flow is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 and per-IP / per-user rate limits.

A phone number can only verify a single account. The verification exists solely to prevent multi-accounting and automated abuse of the free route; the number is not used for marketing. Providing false information, using a number that is not yours, or attempting to bypass verification voids affected entries and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of prizes.

3b. Payment processor

Paid entries are processed by Nochex, our third-party payment provider. When you click checkout you are redirected to Nochex to complete payment securely. Nochex handles your card details and sends us a confirmation so we can allocate your tickets. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

4. Draws and prizes

Winners are selected using a deterministic shuffle seeded from the official EuroMillions draw for the announced date. The signed fairness certificate is published on the Draw Room page for every completed draw and can be independently verified.

5. Token draws and tokens

The Token Draw is a no-purchase-necessary prize draw. Token Draw entries can only be obtained by winning them on the Super Mega Arena wheel.

Referral rewards grant Super Mega tokens (not Token Draw entries directly), which you can then spend on the Super Mega wheel. See the Rules for how referrals qualify.

6. Account rules

• Usernames are permanent once set.
• One account per person.
• We may suspend accounts, void entries, or withhold prizes where we reasonably believe an account is engaged in fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse of the referral or reward systems.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
